Realty and infrastructure stocks surges

The S&P BSE Realty index was up 3%.

Shares of Real estate and infrastructure stocks surged by up to 10% on expectations of change in policy environment. Shares of Unity Infrasprojects, Lanco Infratech, IL&FS Engineering and Constructions,Unitech, Oberoi Realty rallied more than 10%. The S&P BSE Realty index was up 3%.
