Lakshmi Vilas Bank drops 1.8%; cuts base rate by 0.15%

The bank has cut the minimum lending rate by 0.15% to 10.55% with effect from February 8, 2016.

Lakshmi Vilas Bank slipped 1.8% to Rs.92 on BSE. The bank has cut the minimum lending rate by 0.15% to 10.55% with effect from February 8, 2016.

The scrip opened at Rs. 94 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 94 and Rs. 92 respectively. So far 4693(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1681.56 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 111.45 on 29-Apr-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 63.5 on 25-Aug-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 96.45 and Rs. 85.05 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 9.66 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.73 % and 82.61 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 50 DMA.
