RIL slips 1%

Reliance Jio Infocomm raised Rs 2,000 crore through issuance of non-convertible debentures on BSE’s new platform.

RIL7Reliance Industries stock was down by 1% at Rs. 982.Reliance Jio Infocomm raised Rs 2,000 crore through issuance of non-convertible debentures on the BSE’s new platform. The proceeds would be utilised for roll out of its digital services business.

Reliance Industries Ltd is currently trading at Rs. 985.9, down by Rs. 2 or 0.2% from its previous closing of Rs. 987.9 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 988 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 988.05 and Rs. 984.1 respectively. So far 214277(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 320321.22 crore.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1089.5 on 15-Jan-2016 and a 52 week low of Rs. 819 on 24-Aug-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1002.8 and Rs. 970.2 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.15 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 32.38 % and 19.5 % respectively.

The stock is currently trading above its 200 DMA.
