The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 4679.20 crore against gross sell of Rs 3416.90 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1262.30 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1465.70 crore with gross sales of Rs 170.40 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1295.30 crore in debt.
