New Delhi Television (NDTV) has been mandated to explore means of unlocking sum of parts shareholder value through various methods including restructuring or private placement in NDTV Convergence and / or other subsidiaries. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 08, 2014 has mandated the management for the same.
NDTV operates as a television media company in India and internationally. Its channels offer news and current affairs, lifestyle, entertainment, and youth programs, as well as family and realty shows, chat shows, and period dramas.
