Larsen and Toubro has bagged an engineering, procurement and construction contract worth Rs 5000 crore from the Kuwait Oil Corporation. This project had been stuck since 2009 and this contract makes this one of the largest hydrocarbon deals for L&T Hydrocarbon which is a subsidiary of L&T and which had recently been hived off as a separate subsidiary.
