Hindustan Foods to manufacture, supply Pepsico products up to July 2015

Hindustan Foods had entered into a Manufacturing and Supply agreement with Pepsico India Holdings to manufacture ‘Kurkure’ Extruded Products and any other products, as may be mutually agreed in future, under the trademark of ‘Pepsico’ at the company’s manufacturing facility located at Usgaon, Ponda, Goa, for the period up to June 30, 2014, is now extended up to July 31, 2015. Therefore, the company will continue to manufacture the products as said above to Pepsico on same terms and conditions as informed before, up to the period of July 31, 2015. Hindustan Foods manufactures high quality cereal based food products and a range of instant mixes, baby foods, instant porridges, breakfast cereals and health drinks.
