Narayana Hrudayalaya: Narayana Hrudayalaya is set to list on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.

NMDC: The company has achieved iron ore production of 20.08 million tonnes and sales of 20.32 m.t. up to December 31, 2015.

Piramal Enterprises Ltd: The company has announced that the Meeting of Committee of Directors (Funding) held on January 05, 2016, the Committee approved the issue of secured non-convertible debentures amounting upto Rs. 500 crores.

Wipro: Wipro Ltd has announced that January 27, 2016, has been fixed as a Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend.

Godfrey Philips India: Philip Morris International has initiated talks with its Indian partner KK Modi-led Godfrey Philips India (GPI), in an attempt to take control of the cigarette brands. 

Mahindra and Mahindra: M&M is all set to launch its premium small commercial vehicle Imperio in Mumbai today. According to reports, M&M is expected to launch eight products in 2016 and kicking off the year will be the launch of Imperio.

Thomas Cook: The company has announced the appointment of Vishal Suri as Managing Director of Kuoni Travel (India) Pvt Ltd, effective January 4, 2016.

Tata Power: Central Electricity Commission has initiated a suo-moto probe on Tata Power's alleged irregularities in commissioning of four of five units of its Mundra ultra mega power project.
