PI Industries shines on increasing limit of FII investments to 40%

PI Industries has increased the limits for investments in its shares by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) from 24% to 40%. The same was duly approved by shareholders in its last AGM. Further, RBI has also issued letter dated September 13, 2013 to Custodian Banks informing that the FII limits in PI Industries stands enhanced to 40%.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.85% while FII and DII held 19.75% and 5.64% stake in the company, respectively. Moreover, Others having 15.76% stake in the company.

PI Industries is engaged in the business of Agri inputs, Fine Chemicals and (CRAMS) Contract Research and Manufacturing Services), Polymers and Engineering Services.
