Godrej Properties launches Godrej Oasis in Gurgaon

Godrej Properties (GPL), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has launched its premium residential project, Godrej Oasis, in Sector 88A, Gurgaon. Godrej Oasis is being developed as a joint venture with Oasis Buildhome (OBPL). The project is spread over approximately 4.5 acres, will comprise 5 towers with 306 apartments and a total saleable area of approximately 46,000 square meters (500,000 square feet). The customers can choose from 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 BHK apartments ranging in size from 121 square meters ranging 1,307 square feet to 192 square meters ranging 2,066 square feet with prices starting from Rs 85 lakh. This project has strategic connectivity from the three major highways - Pataudi Road, NPR (Northern Periphery Road) and NH8.
