Coastal Corporation eyeing to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary company

Coastal Corporation is eyeing to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary company. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 10, 2014 has discussed and conceived plan for the same.  The above is subject to finalization of the viability in all aspects and compliances and according will be decided in the next board meeting. Coastal Corporation is regularly selling medicines, hospital furniture, hospital equipment, petro testing equipment, disposables, surgicals, laboratory wares and diagnostic kits.
