FIIs were net buyers of Rs 2494.47 crore in index futures and options segments on May 19

According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 2494.47 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Monday’s data, May 19, 2014. FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 581.05 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 1913.42 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 1156.29 crore, while they sold stock options worth Rs 77.87 crore.
