Hero MotoCorp: Bain Capital expects to reap a bumper harvest of ~INR 760 crore from its stake sale in Hero Moto Corp, reports a business daily.The private equity firm is all set to exit Hero MotoCorp by selling its remaining shares in the two-wheeler major through a stock market transaction.

Idea Cellular: Idea Cellular said it has entered into agreement with Videocon Telecommunications Limited (Seller) for acquiring right to use spectrum, pursuant to the DoT “Guidelines for Trading of Access Spectrum by Access Service Providers” (Guidelines) dated October 12, 2015, for the telecom service areas of Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh (West).

Tata Motors: Tata Motors on Wednesday displayed four new construction and mining related commercial vehicles at the Excon 2015 international trade fair in Bengaluru. The new vehicles showcased at Excon 2015 are the Tata PRIMA 3138.K 32 CuM Coal Tipper, Tata PRIMA LX 2523.K RePTO, Tata PRIMA LX 3128.K 19 CuM Scoop HRT and Tata SAK 1613.

Dr. Reddy's Lab: The US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) has warned Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories over serious data integrity violations, according to media reports. In a letter to the Indian company, USFDA has reportedly stated that there are significant deviations from current good manufacturing practices (CGMP) for the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for finished pharmaceuticals.

Just Dial Ltd: Just Dial has announced that Shareholders approved buy back of 10.6 lakh shares at Rs. 1,550/Share.

Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd: TBZ has signed its second Franchise Agreement for its upcoming store in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

M&M: Mahindra and Mahindrahas launched the automatic transmission of its SUVXUV 500, which will be available in three variants - W8 FWD and W10 FWD & AWD.

SKS Microfinance Limited: SKS Microfinance has partnered with IBM to transform operations from paper-based processes to a mobile solution resulting in enhanced customer service and productivity gains.

Reliance Capital: The company said that Nippon Life increased stake in Reliance Life Insurance to 49% from 26% earlier. The company said Nippon will invest Rs.2,265 crore for increasing its stake.

HDFC Bank: The bank has launched 'sonic branding' or a musical logo and will spend over Rs. 30 crore to promote the new brand positioning which stresses on the digital banking, as per media reports.

Tata Communications: Tata Comm has teamed up with Sweden's Net Insight to help media houses distribute video feed from any location globally to any device on real-time for the first time, in complete sync across all devices.

BGR Energy: The company has bagged new orders worth Rs.1,300 crore in the electricals sub-stations segment following its recent focus on power generation projects.

NBCC: NBCC has bagged Rs. 5,828 crore redevelopment project in the national project from AIIMS, involving construction of 3,000 flats.

PC Jeweller: The company has tied up with California-based Martian Watches for smart jewellery.

Berger Paints India Ltd: Berger Paints India and Nippon Paint Automotive Coatings, Japan (NPAU), together with Nippon Paints (India) (NPI) have entered into definitive agreements to transfer certain business including three wheeler and four wheeler (passenger cars and SUV) paint business of Berger and four wheeler (other than commercial vehicles, auto parts and ancillaries) paint business of NPI to BNB Coatings India (BNB) at agreed values.
