Just Dial Q3 net profit dips 15.8%; EBITDA at Rs.37 cr

During the quarter under review, EBITDA were at Rs.37 crore compared with Rs.50 crore.


Just Dial on Wednesday reported a 15.8% decrease in net profit at Rs.27 crore for the third quarter that ended on December 31, 2015.

The company had reported a net profit of Rs.32.1 crore for the corresponding quarter last year.

 The company's total income increased by 14.6% to Rs.180.9 crore for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2015 as compared to Rs.157.8 crore in the same period last year.

During the quarter under review, EBITDA were at Rs.37 crore compared with Rs.50 crore.

Stock Commentary:
Just Dial Ltd ended at Rs. 784.65, down by Rs. 7.8 or 0.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 792.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 793 and touched a high and low of Rs. 796.45 and Rs. 767.85 respectively. A total of 885476(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5533.35 crore.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1631.7 on 28-Jan-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 741.1 on 09-Nov-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 837.6 and Rs. 781.55 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 32.58 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 62.02 % and 5.41 % respectively.

The stock traded above its 200 DMA.
