Inox Wind acquires 100% stake in Sarayu Wind Power in Andhra Pradesh

Inox Wind Infrastructure Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Inox Wind has acquired 100% Equity Shares of Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula) Private Limited with effect from December 9.

Inox Wind Ltd has informed BSE that continuing the Company's expansion in Andhra Pradesh, Inox Wind Infrastructure Services Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Inox Wind Limited has acquired 100% Equity Shares of Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula) Private Limited with effect from December 09, 2015.

In view of the same, Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula) Private Limited has become step down Subsidiary of Inox Wind Limited.

Further in accordance with the Company's Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from December 09, 2015 till close of business hours on December 11, 2015.
