Aurobindo Pharma Ltd: The company has announced that it has received final approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to manufacture and market Eptifibatide Injection USP, 20 mg/10 mL, 75 mg/100 mL, and 200 mg/100 mL single-use vials. This product is expected to be launched in this month, according to a BSE filing.
ONGC: ONGC made a loss of Rs. 8,512 crore between FY11 and FY14 due to poor rig management and idling, delay in tendering and higher degree of inefficiency, according to the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (CAG).
Tata Motors: Tata Motors Group global wholesales in November 2015, including Jaguar Land Rover, were at 90,695 nos., higher by 8%, over November 2014. Cumulative wholesales for this fiscal were at 662,545 nos., higher by 12% over the last fiscal.

Asian Paints: Asian Paints Ltd has now informed BSE that as part of the Company's plan to consolidate its investments in the overseas subsidiaries, Asian Paints (International) Limited (APIL), Mauritius, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has transferred its entire holding of 60% held in the subsidiary Company, Asian Paints (Vanuatu) Limited to Berger International Private Limited, Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of APIL.
GATI: Express delivery and supply chain management company Gati Ltd. plans to enter the e-commerce business through a separate entity, according to media reports.
