F&O total turnover stood at Rs 1,23,977.60 crore on May 14

Future & Option (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 1,23,977.60 crore on May 14 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 35,11,051. Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 12,128.46 crore, Stock Futures Rs 31,657.88 crore and Index Options Rs 69,976.11 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 10,215.16 crore. For the day, the total F&O PutCall ratio stood at 1.00, while Index Options PutCall ratio was 1.12 and that of Stock Options was 0.44. The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were Mcleodruss 2.05, Hero Moto Co 1.88, UPL 1.20, Tech Mahindra 1.19 and Ultra Cement 1.09. Among most active underlying, United Spirits witnessed addition of 0.12 million of Open Interest in the May month futures contract, followed by HDFC Bank witnessing  an addition of 0.98 million of Open Interest in the May  month contract; while Reliance Industries witnessed  an addition of 0.40 million of Open Interest in the May month futures contract, State Bank of India  witnessed  an addition of 0.74 million of Open Interest in the May month contract and Reliance Industries witnessed an addition  of 0.40 million  of Open Interest in the May month's future contract.
