Tata Motors’ arm JLR launches locally produced ‘Jaguar XJ’

Tata Motors’ British-based arm Jaguar and Land Rover (JLR) has launched locally manufactured Jaguar XJ 3.0L in the country, with price starting at Rs 92.1 lakh (ex-showroom Mumbai). The diesel powered luxury saloon, which is being manufactured at the company’ Pune plant, will be available in two variants - premium luxury and portfolio. The vehicle comes with various luxury features including rear seat comfort pack with three massage seat functions, increased rear headroom, electric rear side window blinds and LED reading lights. Tata Motors is India's largest automobile company, is the leader in commercial vehicles in each segment, and among the top in passenger vehicles with winning products in the compact, midsize car and utility vehicle segments. It is also the world's fourth largest truck and bus manufacturer.
